  1. How can I request a booking at TaurusTrip?

    You can complete and send Book My Trip form at our website and we will contact you in reply with email / phone.

  2. Can I request seats/meals for my flight?

    Yes you can request yours seat/meals preference and that will be booked at the time of your reservations

  3. How can I pay for my airline ticket at Taurus Trip? What form of payment do you accept??

    We accept all major credit cards and check payments. Due to fluctuations in prices and seats availability, quotes are not guaranteed unless tickets are paid for within the secured pricing window specified by your booking agent.

  5. What can I do to change my flight travel dates?

    Date changes are subject to the rules of the fare that you have purchased.Please contact our customer Care Team for assistance. Our team will go through the fare conditions with you, and if amendments are permitted, the team will check availability on the dates and flights you wish to travel on as well as advise you date change fees and fare difference applicable for the changes. Once you have confirmed the date change our customer care team will send the updated Itinieary on the email address used at the time of booking.

  6. What is the TSA Secure Flight Program?

    The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has introduced a mandatory program, known as Secure Flight, which requires travelers to provide additional information when booking reservations. The TSA implemented the Secure Flight program to improve the security of domestic and international commercial air travel and to streamline the watch-list matching process.Under the Secure Flight program, customers are now required to provide the following information when booking travel from, to or within US:

    • Full name (as it appears on your passport).

    • Gender

    • Date of birth

    If your reservation doesn’t contain this information, update it as soon as possible for every passenger in your party. The airline may cancel your reservation if you fail to provide this information 72 hours prior to your scheduled departure. You will need to update each reservation if you have multiple trips scheduled.

  7. How do I cancel my tickets?

    Currently, we do not support online cancellation of flight tickets. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact our Customer Care team on 1800-525-1773. Our team will go through the fare conditions with you and help you with the request and will process the refund in case it is applicable. Cancellation fees levied by airlines can change based on the time left from your travel date, so last minute cancellations should be avoided.Please note that most low priced tickets are completely non-refundable, but in some cases airlines will charge a cancellation fee if you wish to cancel your booking.

  8. What is the difference between a refundable and non-refundable fare?

    Refundable tickets can be returned for a refund to your credit or debit card or allow you to make changes to your travel plans. If TaurusTrip Customer Service has processed a refund for you, it will take, on average, three to four billing cycles to process (about 90-120 days).Non-refundable tickets cannot be returned for a refund. However, if you cannot use your ticket, you may be able to apply its value toward a future flight within specified time frame as per the rules of the airlines. The airline may charge additional fees for changes made to a non-refundable ticket.

  9. Can I change my ticket to a different airline?

    No. When you book a ticket, the airline owns that ticket – not TaurusTrip. Therefore, you must exchange your tickets for another flight on that airline only.If for some reason you have to necessarily change the airline for your travel, you may cancel your existing booking and purchase a fresh booking on the new airline of your choice.

  10. If I made a flight reservation with TaurusTrip and the airline changes the schedule of any of my flight(s), will TaurusTrip notify me of the changes?

    Airlines sometimes make changes to their flight schedules. TaurusTrip will attempt to send you an e-mail before your trip if your itinerary changes in a material way. An email will not be sent for changes that should not have a major impact on your travel.If an airline makes a substantial change to your itinerary regarding flight departure and/or arrival time changes or service changes, such as no longer providing service to your destination, a Customer Service representative will contact you by phone. Once we have worked with you to process any changes needed, your updated itinerary will be sent via e-mail.

  11. What does Price Match Policy Mean?

    In our efforts to provide our clients with cheap international air tickets, TaurusTrip Agent offers to match or beat any other price. If you have received a cheaper legal fare quote from another consolidator, TaurusTrip Agents will either match the fare or give a lower fare. Clients simply need to provide one of our Travel Consultants with the name of the consolidator and the quoted fare; this information can be given over the phone or email. After verifying the fare, our Travel Consultants will be able to quote you the same or, in most cases, a lower fare.

    Most tickets accrue miles and, based upon the type of fare purchased, can qualify for upgrades
